To Armenia, with love
For the residents of Noyemberyan, Armenia, the arrival of a mission trip team from Glendale Adventist Medical Center and the Armenia Fund means clinics, surgeries and improved health for the community. For the mission team, the trip is an even greater blessing of sharing God’s love through healing and hope.
During the week-long clinic last October, 42 volunteers from GAMC saw more than 1,700 patients and performed 110 surgeries in addition to countless other medical procedures.
“There is no greater joy in life than using your God-given talents to bless others, without expecting anything in return,” says Kevin Roberts, president and CEO of GAMC who led the mission trip team. “It is pure joy and at the same time thoroughly exhausting. We can’t wait to do it again next year!”
